Chance's story starts at thirteen, in the two-car garage behind his house, where his dad built an auto repair business from nothing and grew it into a twelve-bay operation. His dad was one of the best mechanics around—and, for years, struggled to run the business profitably.
Ryan saw the same pattern from a different vantage point. From military leadership and police detective work to thousands of coaching conversations, he learned how to help people make better decisions under pressure and turn insight into action.
The skills that make someone an excellent technician are rarely the same skills that make them a successful business owner.
